Rule 94. Numbering of witnesses

94.1 The rule
The witnesses called by the applicant or petitioner shall be numbered consecutively as PWs and those by the respondents as RWs.
94.2 What it does
Rule 94 supplies the citation convention for oral evidence: one running series for the witnesses called by the moving party, another for the answering party. It is the counterpart for witnesses of what r.86 does for documents.
