Rule 113. Indexing of case files after disposal

113.1 The rule
After communication of the order to the parties or authorised representative, the official concerned shall arrange the records with pagination and prepare in the Index Sheet in Format prescribed by the Appellate Tribunal. He shall affix initials and then transmit the records with the Index initials to the records room.
113.2 What it does
Rule 113 closes the file. Once the order has been communicated, the record is paginated, an Index Sheet is prepared in the prescribed Format, the official initials it, and the whole goes to the records room to begin its retention period under r.65.
