Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

taxcorp.in sells access to legal and tax research material published by TaxCorp Total Solution. Buying an e-book gives you, for the licence term:

• The complete book online — readable in your browser on any device, chapter by chapter, with search.
• The PDF — downloadable and yours to keep on your own devices.

There is no physical book, CD, or printed copy, and nothing will ever be dispatched to a postal address.

2. When it is delivered

Immediately on successful payment. Access is granted automatically the moment your bank confirms the payment to us — normally within a few seconds, while you are still on the confirmation screen.

Occasionally a bank takes longer to send the final confirmation. If that happens the page will tell you we are still confirming the payment and will ask you not to pay again. Access appears on its own as soon as the confirmation arrives, usually within a few minutes.

3. How to get to what you bought

Delivery is to your account, not to your inbox — so nothing can be lost in the post or in a spam folder. Sign in at taxcorp.in and open the title. For GSTAT Law and Procedure that is:

• taxcorp.in/gstat/read — read it online
• taxcorp.in/gstat/download — download the PDF

Because it is tied to your account rather than to a download link, you can come back to it from any device, as often as you like, for the whole of the licence term.

4. Licence term and personal use

• An e-book licence runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• It is granted to one person — the account holder.
• Every PDF is watermarked with the name, email address and account number it was issued to. Please do not circulate it.
• Nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever debited without a fresh payment made by you.

Subscribers to our research modules receive included titles for as long as their subscription is current.

5. If it has not arrived

If you have paid and still cannot open the title after a few minutes, please tell us — do not pay again.

Email thetaxcorp@gmail.com or call 8460045459 with the email address on your account, the date and amount of the payment, and the payment reference if you have it. We will either restore access or refund you, whichever you prefer.

One thing worth checking first: taxcorp.in allows one active session per account. If you see a message saying you are still signed in somewhere else, choose "Sign out everywhere & continue" and carry on.

6. Delivery charges

None. The price shown at checkout is the whole price. There are no delivery, handling or processing charges of any kind, and nothing is added after you reach the payment screen.
