Part E — The hearing

Rule 52. Publication of orders

Chapter V · Hearing of Appeal

52.1 The rule

Such of the orders of the Appellate Tribunal as are deemed fit for publication in any authoritative report or the press, may be released for such publication on such terms and conditions as the Appellate Tribunal may lay down.

52.2 What it does

Rule 52 gives GSTAT control over the release of its orders for reporting, and nothing more. It creates no right in a law reporter, a newspaper or a party to have an order published, and imposes no duty on the Tribunal to publish anything at all.
