Part B — Preliminary, and the Tribunal’s own powers
Rule 5. Official seal of the Appellate Tribunal
Chapter II · Powers and Functions
5.1 The rule
The official seal and emblem of the Appellate Tribunal shall be such, as the President may from time to time specify and shall be in the custody of the Registrar.
5.2 What it does
Rule 5 supplies the object that rr.4 and 103(5) require to be impressed, and says nothing about what it looks like. Two operative decisions only: the President specifies the seal and emblem, and the Registrar holds the seal.
