Rule 8. Sitting hours of the Appellate Tribunal

8.1 The rule
The sitting hours of the Appellate Tribunal shall ordinarily be from 10.30 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. subject to any order made by the President and this shall not prevent the Appellate Tribunal to extend its sitting as it deems fit.
8.2 What it does
Rule 8 sets the Bench's day: two sessions totalling five hours, with an hour's recess. The hours are a default that a President's order can displace, and a floor rather than a ceiling — the Bench may sit on.
